Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, coaching employees, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety and operational policies, operating the point of sale, managing cash processes, ensuring store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must be organized, efficient, and at least 18 years of age, with a High School Diploma or equivalent. The role requires physical capability to perform tasks throughout the store and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends and/or holidays
