Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) supervises staff to accomplish store objectives, ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies. Responsibilities include coaching employees, providing exceptional customer service, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs. This role requires flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
