Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. Key duties include coaching employees, maintaining store cleanliness, managing cash processes, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and supporting store objectives. Candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be organized and efficient and able to perform physical tasks and work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Reliable transportation
