Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) supervises staff, organizes work processes, and ensures quality service at Global Partners. Responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, maintaining store conditions, handling cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible scheduling is required, and reliable transportation is a must.
