Job Summary
Supervise employees ensuring adherence to job duties and provide coaching through constructive feedback. Greet guests and deliver an enjoyable shopping experience while maintaining store safety and operational standards. Perform daily cash processes including deposit preparation and managing cash levels. Ensure cleanliness and organization of store areas, and address guest inquiries and complaints effectively. Flexibility in work hours is required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
