Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring employees perform their duties, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include coaching employees with constructive feedback, adhering to safety and quality policies, managing cash processes, and maintaining store housekeeping. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, be at least 18 years old, and able to work flexible hours, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to efficiently supervise employees
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including day, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
