Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) will supervise employees to ensure adherence to managerial directives and provide guest services that enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include coaching staff, executing store safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The role demands effective organization skills and the ability to maintain store housekeeping standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with flexibility in working hours essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
