Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures, managing guest services, and maintaining store housekeeping. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests to provide an enjoyable shopping experience, processing cash transactions, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and executing all guest service programs. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong organizational skills, flexibility in working hours, and the ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Reliable transportation
- Efficient and organized
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays
