Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include supervising staff and organizing work processes to meet store objectives. You'll coach employees with constructive feedback, provide an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, and ensure compliance with safety and store operations policies. Key duties involve managing point of sale cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, executing guest service programs, and addressing inquiries and complaints. You will lead a team in creating positive customer interactions and handling cash management effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be efficient and organized.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including the selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Must have reliable transportation.
