Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor will supervise staff and monitor work processes to achieve store objectives. Responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring guest satisfaction, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries. Candidates must have a high school diploma, be 18 years or older, have reliable transportation, and possess the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. The position requires availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
