Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff and organizing work processes to meet store objectives. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, providing excellent customer service, maintaining store operations and safety standards, handling cash processes, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to work flexible hours. Physical tasks include lifting and accessing various store areas.
Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
