Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) will supervise staff and monitor work processes to ensure objectives are met. Responsibilities include coaching employees, providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes and transactions, ensuring store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must be available for flexible hours and possess reliable transportation. Efficiency and organization are key requirements for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
