Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is tasked with supervising staff and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include coaching employees, managing cash processes, ensuring adherence to safety and operations policies, and maintaining store cleanliness. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to access all areas of the store. Ideal candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have reliable transportation. Pay ranges from $16.60 to $19.81 per hour.
