Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key duties include coaching employees, conducting cash processes, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and overseeing store housekeeping functions. Candidates must be 18 years or older, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending. Flexible availability, including days, nights, and weekends, is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
