Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for guests. Essential duties include coaching employees, maintaining store operations, executing safety and quality policies, managing cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The role requires flexibility in working hours and physical ability to perform tasks throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
