Guest Service Supervisor

The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff to meet store objectives, coaching employees, ensuring a positive shopping experience for guests, and adhering to safety and operational standards. Duties include managing employee performance, maintaining store cleanliness, operating cash processes, addressing guest inquiries, and checking in vendors. Candidates must be efficient, organized, and able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, as is the ability to lift and navigate the store environment.
