Job Summary
Supervise employees to ensure they perform their job duties effectively, coach them with constructive feedback, and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsible for adhering to safety and operational policies, overseeing cash processes, maintaining cleanliness, and executing guest service programs and processes. Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be efficient and organized
