Job Summary
Supervise employees and ensure adherence to job duties set by management. Provide constructive feedback to staff, greet guests, and enhance their shopping experience. Maintain store operations including safety, quality, and housekeeping tasks. Ensure proper cash handling processes and manage guest services efficiently. Work in varied temperatures and perform physical tasks as required. Reliable transportation is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
