Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) supervises staff and organizes work processes to meet store objectives, ensuring a high quality guest experience. Responsibilities include coaching employees, executing safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and maintaining store cleanliness. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with potential for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must be efficient and organized
