Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring job duties are executed according to management directives, and providing guests with an enjoyable shopping experience. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, adhering to safety and store operations policies, operating the point of sale, and managing store housekeeping functions. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, efficient and organized work habits, and physical capabilities to access all store areas and lift up to 25 lbs.
