Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and providing excellent guest services. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring compliance with safety and store operation policies, operating point of sale according to corporate standards, maintaining cash levels, conducting housekeeping tasks, addressing guest inquiries, and overseeing guest service programs. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and be able to work flexible hours. The position offers a pay range of $16.50 - $19.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to efficiently access all areas of the store
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
