Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring the execution of management-directed work processes. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility in work hours is required, along with physical capability to perform store tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
- Ability to efficiently supervise employees and ensure they perform job duties according to management instructions.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to physically perform tasks such as reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing and lifting up to 25 lbs.
