Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) oversees staff, organizes and monitors work processes to meet store objectives. Responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate the ability to efficiently navigate the store's various areas while performing physical tasks. This position requires flexible working hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
