Job Summary
Supervise staff and manage store operations to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include coaching employees with constructive feedback, executing safety and store policies, managing cash processes, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the store. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and be able to work flexible hours. Physical abilities such as lifting and maneuvering in various store areas are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Reliable transportation
