Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor oversees staff performance, ensuring adherence to management directives and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include supervising employees, coaching through feedback, greeting guests, managing cash processes, addressing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring store housekeeping and safety standards are met. Candidates must be organized, efficient, and capable of flexible scheduling, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
