Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, organizing, and monitoring work processes to accomplish store objectives. Key duties include coaching employees, managing guest interactions, ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies, handling cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing customer inquiries. Flexibility in working hours, organization, and efficiency are essential. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Must be efficient and organized.
