Job Summary
Supervise staff and ensure compliance with management directives and store policies. Responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, managing cash processes, and ensuring all store housekeeping duties are performed. The Guest Service Supervisor must be organized, efficient, and able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
