Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor oversees staff to accomplish store objectives by monitoring work processes and providing coaching. Responsibilities include supervising employee performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to safety and operational guidelines, managing cash processes, and maintaining store cleanliness. Candidates must be available for flexible hours, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
