Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will supervise staff, provide constructive feedback, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, maintaining store housekeeping, and addressing guest inquiries. Flexible hours are required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Efficient and organized
