Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor at Global Partners, you will supervise staff to ensure tasks are performed according to management standards, while providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include coaching employees with constructive feedback, enforcing safety and operational policies, managing point of sale operations, maintaining store cleanliness, overseeing guest service programs, handling cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must be flexible with hours, efficient, organized, and possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
