Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) supervises staff and organizes work processes to accomplish store objectives, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include coaching employees, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining store cleanliness. Flexibility in working hours is required, and candidates must be organized and efficient.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
