Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring job duties are performed, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, executing guest service programs, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must have effective communication skills, be efficient and organized, able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
