Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor oversees staff performance and ensures an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while adhering to safety and operational procedures. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing products, addressing guest inquiries, and supervising operational tasks to meet established standards. The role requires flexible availability, organization skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be efficient and organized
