Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, providing constructive feedback, managing cash processes, executing store operations policies, and maintaining a clean store environment. Ideal candidates must be organized, efficient, and able to work flexible hours, demonstrating the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and access all areas of the store.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Reliable transportation
- Efficient and organized
- Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays
