Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising employees to ensure job duties are performed as directed by management. The role involves coaching staff, greeting guests, maintaining store operations according to safety and quality standards, operating point of sale systems, managing cash processes, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and strong organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays
