Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) at Global Partners is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring store operations meet established guidelines. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, providing excellent guest service, maintaining store cleanliness, managing cash processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and should be able to handle physical tasks including lifting and accessing different areas of the store. Flexible availability is required for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
