Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will supervise employees to ensure effective performance, provide coaching and feedback, greet guests to enhance their shopping experience, and adhere to safety and operational procedures. Responsibilities include managing cash processes, maintaining inventory levels, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work flexible hours, and physical capabilities to navigate the store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must be efficient and organized
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
