Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising employees and ensures adherence to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies. Key responsibilities include providing constructive feedback, ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. This role requires flexibility in working hours and physical capability to perform various tasks within the store.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be efficient and organized
- Able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
