Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, coaching employees, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include overseeing employee performance, adhering to safety and operational protocols, handling cash processes, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring cleanliness and product availability in the store. The role requires flexible working hours and physical capability to perform various tasks. A high school diploma and age of at least 18 are mandatory qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Efficient and organized
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
