Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational policies, and promoting an enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities include coaching employees, overseeing cash processes, maintaining store housekeeping, and addressing guest inquiries. The role requires availability for flexible hours including nights and weekends, efficiency and organization, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Candidates must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must have reliable transportation
