Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, replenishing products, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates must be efficient, organized, and flexible to work various hours, including nights and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must be efficient and organized
