Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, coaching them, and ensuring a positive shopping experience while adhering to store policies. Duties include cash handling, managing store housekeeping, addressing guest inquiries, and executing guest service programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be efficient and organized
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- High School Diploma or equivalent
