Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies, and providing excellent guest experiences. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, managing cash processes including deposits and gift cards, overseeing store housekeeping, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. The position requires flexible availability, with the ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and demonstrate organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be efficient and organized
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for position
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e., cooler, outside, etc.)
- Must have reliable transportation
