Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with management directives, and providing an enjoyable shopping experience. Responsibilities include coaching employees, adhering to safety and store operations policies, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. The role requires flexibility in work hours and physical capabilities to navigate the store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be efficient and organized
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
