Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff, organizing work processes, and ensuring tasks are performed according to management's directives. This role involves greeting guests, maintaining an enjoyable shopping experience, executing established safety and operational policies, and managing cash processes. The supervisor ensures store housekeeping functions are completed, addresses guest inquiries and complaints, and oversees guest service programs. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, possess reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. while maintaining flexibility in work hours, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must be efficient and organized
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
