Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff to achieve store objectives and ensure a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include coaching employees, greeting guests, adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, replenishing products, and addressing guest inquiries and complaints. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling and physical ability to perform various tasks are essential.
