Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) oversees staff performance and ensures efficient workflow in the store, providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Responsibilities include coaching employees, ensuring execution of safety and quality policies, maintaining store housekeeping, operating cash processes, and addressing guest inquiries. Must be organized and available for flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays. Candidates should be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent, possess the ability to handle physical demands of the job, and have reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to access various areas of the store
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb
