Job Summary
Supervise employees to ensure job duties are performed effectively, provide coaching and feedback, and greet guests to enhance their shopping experience. Responsible for adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, maintaining store cleanliness, executing guest service programs, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, and checking in vendors. Requires a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Must be available for flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation
