Job Summary
As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will oversee employees to ensure outstanding guest experiences at Global Partners LP's retail locations. The position requires a guest-first mentality, relationship building skills, and the ability to supervise daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must be efficient and organized.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs during a shift.
- Work in intermittent temperatures (i.e. cooler, outside, etc.)
