Job Summary
The Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for supervising staff to meet store objectives, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for guests. Key responsibilities include adhering to safety and operational policies, managing cash processes, ensuring cleanliness and product replenishment, addressing guest inquiries, and overseeing guest service programs. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and possess the ability to navigate the store and lift up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift
- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays
